The Women’s Cycle Map

A full day workshop exploring menstrual and life cycles

The Women’s Cycle Map is a calm, educational workshop for women who want clearer language and orientation for the cycles that shape their bodies, energy, and lives.

Many women move through menstruation and major life transitions without shared frameworks. Normal changes in energy, mood, identity, or direction can feel confusing or isolating when there is no wider view to hold them.

This workshop offers context rather than solutions. Nothing needs to be improved, healed, or optimised.

Across the day, we explore:

  • The menstrual cycle as a living pattern rather than a problem

  • Life stages and transitional thresholds

  • Cycles of growth, rest, change, and renewal

  • How cycles repeat, overlap, and evolve over time

This work draws on physiology, lived experience, and pattern recognition. Symbolic language is used lightly and practically as a way of making sense of experience rather than prescribing belief.

This is not therapy, spiritual ceremony, or clinical care. It is an educational and reflective space for learning, shared language, and insight.
