Pelvic floor & core muscles

With Anna Scammel, women’s Health Physio

In this session, you’ll learn the role of your pelvic floor and core muscles, and why they play such an important role in pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery and your long-term health. We’ll cover how to correctly activate these muscles, common mistakes women make, and discuss common dysfunction such as prolapse, bladder leakage and diastasis recti (abdominal separation). You’ll leave with practical strategies, advice and exercises.
