Moving beyond typical birth education, this immersive day invites pregnant women, those planning future babies, and birth supporters to explore belief systems, birth imprint, brain waves, hormones, and birth as a rite of passage.

In this session, Vibeke will be sharing some simple tips to help reduce pain and discomfort during pregnancy and into the postpartum period, especially when you’re carrying and feeding your baby. This will include: posture tweaks, gentle exercises, mobilisations, and practical everyday hacks to help you feel more comfortable and move with ease.
Vibeke often sees pregnant women presenting with similar aches and pains at certain stages of pregnancy, and will explore some of the common issues that come up and simple strategies to help manage them.
