Using music to support mums health and wellbeing and a family-centred approach
With Anita Connell, Music Therapist and Postdoctoral Researcher
A relaxed and informal session, where we’ll talk about how music can be used intentionally to support health and wellbeing of parent and child.
Mums attending will learn some ways of supporting their health and wellbeing as well as their child’s communication using music.
We’ll engage in some song sharing and playlist creation so that you have some resources to take away from the session.
No musical skills are required for any of this.
