This is not a typical birth education class.
The Deeper Story of Pregnancy & Birth is a full day immersion into the inner landscape of pregnancy, birth, and creation. It offers space to explore how beliefs, emotions, and inherited stories shape the way we birth babies, projects, and new chapters of life.
Moving beyond hospital checklists and surface level techniques, this workshop explores the deeper patterns that influence birth. Together, we look at how brain waves and hormones work together during labour and how to work with these natural processes consciously rather than against them.
Through guided processes, reflection, group discussion, and women’s circle space, participants are invited to explore their birth imprint. This includes what has been inherited, what is currently held, and what may be ready to be released.

By the end of the day, the intention is for participants to feel centred, informed, confident, and connected not only prepared for birth, but supported in the profound transformation it invites.
What we will explore
In this held women’s space, we will explore:
Brain wave states accessible during labour and how to experience them safely
The interconnectedness of birth imprint, belief systems, and birthing experiences
Common fears of birth and gentle ways to transform them into trust
The hormones of labour and how they support altered states, safety, and surrender
Birth as a rite of passage rather than only a physical event
Preparing for postpartum with awareness and intention
This work supports all women touched by birth which, in truth, means all of us.
