Ashley is a mother of two, postpartum doula, and breath and nervous system coach supporting families in Sydney.
As a postpartum doula, breath & nervous system coach, her work supports women through the transition into Motherhood and beyond, offering both practical postpartum care and nervous system. Informed support for the emotional load many Mothers continue carrying long after the newborn stage.
My work integrates postpartum care, breathwork and nervous system-informed support to help mothers feel more grounded, resourced, supported and connected to themselves through all stages of motherhood.
